Job Summary

The Lifeline Field Agent will be responsible for assisting eligible consumers who receive government benefits in obtaining free wireless services through the Lifeline Program. THIS IS A 1099 POSITION.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement - Effective communication with potential and existing customers by educating those about the Lifeline program and its benefits.
• Eligibility Verification - Review and verify customer documents to determine eligibility for the Lifeline program.
• Service Activation - Assist customers with the activation of Lifeline phone services. Troubleshoot and assist with any service issues.
• Compliance and Reporting - Adhere to all federal and state regulations pertaining to the Lifeline program.
• Customer Service - Provide continuous support to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Comfortable with computer systems and software.
• Occupy a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation to transport equipment and be willing to occasionally travel to outreach events.
• Comply and pass background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $300.00 - $1,500.00 per week

• 8 hour shift
