Responsibilities
- Assist in business/financial analysis and reporting, operational metrics tracking, collecting data, and preparing financial performance reports for regular leadership reviews.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
- Provide financial management support to the HR team as well as technical leadership.
- Perform quantitative analysis of operational and financial data.
- Assist in building budgets and forecasts of future company performance.
- Use data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns.
- Use tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
- MBA a plus.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Finance, including developing financial budgets and forecasts.
- Strong financial / business modeling, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in big data analysis, PowerBI, MS Access, Excel, Power-Point, accounting software (3E), financial modeling, SQL, and analysis applications a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
