Qualifications:
· 2-years prior forklift experience (stand-up reach truck, sit-down forklift, & order-picker)
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Packing and shipping experience preferred (UPS/FedEx/USPS)
· Proficient math skills and attention to detail orientated
· Exceptional attendance and reliability
· Able to perform under pressure in a calm and professional manner
· Must have a positive can-do attitude with a team-based focus
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, kneel, reach, or other activities necessary to perform job duties
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in the handling of materials and items from receiving area to designated bin locations
- Daily restocking of pallet and picking bin locations
- Prepares shipments by picking/pulling product to fulfill customers orders
- Ensures all products are accurately identified
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; sweep, consolidate, organize, etc.
- Load/unload incoming containers and outbound trucks
- Ability to operate a forklift reach, order picker, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Assists with execution of cycle counts to ensure inventory efficiency
- Production work: bag & tag product, light assembly, labeling
- Complete special assignments and general warehouse duties as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
