As demand continues to rise, we’re expanding our construction team and looking for a dependable, motivated, and teachable Construction Apprentice to grow with us long-term.
This is a hands-on, outdoor, full-time position with the opportunity to build a skilled trade career in pool construction. We provide on-the-job training and clear advancement opportunities.
Job Summary:
As a Construction Apprentice, you’ll support the build team in all phases of the pool installation process. From site prep and plumbing setup to equipment handling and concrete work, you’ll work under experienced crew members and learn by doing. This role is ideal for someone who’s reliable, hardworking, and looking for a long-term opportunity in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with pool excavation, backfilling, grading, and equipment installation
- Stage materials, load/unload trailers, and organize job sites
- Support concrete prep, forming, and plumbing layouts (training provided)
- Set up tools, clean work areas, and maintain a safe, professional jobsite
- Operate hand tools and basic construction equipment (training provided)
- Learn all phases of pool construction and grow within the company
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions (heat, dirt, uneven ground)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-first mindset
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, landscaping, concrete, or general labor
- Familiarity with hand tools, skid steers, or excavation equipment
- Interest in skilled trades or a career in construction
Compensation:
- Starting Pay: $19–$23/hour (based on experience)
- 60–90 day review with pay increase potential based on performance
- Advancement path to Skilled Laborer or Crew Lead in future seasons

Schedule:
- Full-time (Monday–Friday)
- Approx. 7:00 AM start time
- Occasional Saturdays during peak season

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
