What you will be doing as the Machine Technician:
- Oversee the operations of tighthead machinery
- Ensures machines are running at their most efficient level and problem solves when issues arise.
- Oversee the entire production process, including managing the pack line and its employees
- Preventative maintenance
- Repairs, when necessary
- Manage production lines and their employees
- Complete required shift paperwork
- Quality Tests
- Warehouse Organization
- Assist with shipping and receiving
What you will need as the Machine Technician:
- Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience – blow mold experience a plus
- Problem solving
- Forklift certification
- Standing and/or walking for entire scheduled shift (8-12 hours)
- Moving packed bundles away from staging area
- Lifting 30lbs
