Objective:
AquaSafe Pool Management has an immediate opening for a Construction Crew Leader/Assistant Crew Leader
General Responsibilities:
- Oversee and train masonry and construction crew laborers

Must be able to perform all duties of mason, concrete and construction crew laborers, including:
- Replacement of tile, brick and stone
- Demolition of concrete
- Installing rebar
- Excavation
- Concrete resurfacing
- Other major repairs and renovations on and around swimming pools
- Ensure timely completion of projects
- Responsible for quality control of assigned projects
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Ensure a clean and safe work space
- Complete and submit project reports
General Requirements:
- Must be able to lift over 50 pounds
- Previous experience with masonry and/or construction required
- Previous experience with swimming pool renovation preferred
- Previous experience managing labor crews preferred
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in spoken English
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Some regional travel may be required
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license; driving a company vehicle is required
Other Information:
Advancement opportunities are available. Level of experience will determine placement as Assistant Crew Leader vs. Crew Leader.
Must be available 7:30am - 5pm (Monday - Friday), some Saturdays or longer hours may be required until work is completed.
Hourly Wage: $18 based on experience.
