What are the responsibilities and job description for the District Pool Supervisor position at AquaSafe Pool Management, Inc.?
The District Pool Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and administration of swimming pool facilities in the assigned area in order to provide quality swimming pool management and services. The District Pool Supervisor acts as a liaison between AquaSafe management and its clients. Supervisors will be responsible for the day-to-day duties and training of the swimming pool staff including but not limited to lifeguards and pool managers. This includes completing administrative responsibilities, customer service, and staff performance reviews as well as scheduling activities.
This is a seasonal position, but candidates who meet performance criteria with open availability and relevant experience may be considered for career advancement to other year-round opportunities.

- Organize weekly lifeguard and pool manager schedules and staff training
- Proactively pursue the highest level of safety and maintenance at all assigned aquatic facilities.
- Perform weekly inspections of each aquatic facility, ensuring compliance with local Health Department requirements

- Must possess 3 years of lifeguarding/pool management experience or relevant management/supervisor experience
- Must be available to work from May 15 until September 15 - these are the minimum required dates; opportunity for an earlier start date may be available
- Weekend and holiday availability are required throughout the season
- Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License; position involves driving up to 50% of the scheduled time
