This is a full-time on-site role for a Summer Lifeguard/Pool Supervisor located in Baltimore, MD. The Summer Lifeguard/Pool Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable swimming pool environment for clients. Daily tasks include monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, providing assistance to swimmers, and overseeing pool maintenance.
- Lifeguard certification
- CPR and First Aid training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Experience in pool management or supervisory roles is a plus
