**Job Title:** Pool Renovations Laborer**Overview:**

As a Pool Renovations Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the renovation and refurbishment of swimming pools. Your duties will include various manual tasks related to demolition, construction, and finishing work to ensure high-quality pool renovations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Demolition:** Assist in the demolition of existing pool structures, including removal of tiles, coping, decking, and other materials using appropriate tools and techniques.

2. **Preparation:** Prepare the renovation site by cleaning and clearing debris, ensuring proper drainage, and creating a safe working environment for the renovation team.

3. **Construction:** Assist in the construction and installation of new pool features such as liners, tiles, coping, filtration systems, and other components according to project specifications and industry standards.

4. **Finishing Work:** Perform finishing tasks such as grouting, caulking, sealing, and waterproofing to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the renovated pool. 5. **Equipment Operation:** Operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently, including but not limited to jackhammers, concrete saws, drills, and hand tools.

6. **Material Handling:** Assist in the handling, transportation, and storage of construction materials, including heavy lifting and loading/unloading of trucks and delivery vehicles.

7. **Quality Control:** Participate in quality control inspections to ensure that all work meets company standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

8. **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and property damage on the job site. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.

**Qualifications:** -

Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or related fields preferred. - Ability to perform physical tasks requiring lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. - Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and techniques.

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members. - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.-

-Must be at least 21 years or older with five years of experienced driving in order to be put on our insurance. Do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.

OSHA certification or willingness to undergo safety training is a plus.

**Working Conditions:** -

Work hours may vary depending on project deadlines and weather conditions.

- Outdoor work environment with exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise.

- Physical exertion and repetitive tasks are common in this role.

- Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn as required.

Pay / Hours$18hr to start. 40hrs plus per week. Overtime available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
