Daily Routine
- Confidence
- Presenting treatment plans to patients
- Educating patients on the doctors' prescribed treatments
- Collecting patient balances and deductibles with confidence
- Presenting and discussing financial options to patients (3rd party financing) including Care Credit and Sunbit
- Following up with unscheduled/undecided patients to schedule treatment.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Meet daily and monthly goals for scheduling patients
- Answering phones
- Help with verification of insurances
- Other tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Must have working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.
- Open Dental Software, clinical, and marketing experience are a plus!
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Positive attitude and great communication skills are a must.
- Self motivated and consistent with performance

Experience:
- Preference will be given to those who have some experience in general dentistry (any role: clinical assistant, front desk admin and/or treatment coordinator)
- Willing to train the right person
