Summary :
Are you a talented, creative and experienced in print and digital design and have a keen eye for communicating brand identity across various types of digital and print media? Then, this would be the role for you! This position is responsible for visualizing, designing, and developing 2D, 3D digital graphics, package and product labels, logos for our water softener, RO systems and much more!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining corporate and brand identities, style guides and templates.
Designing creative projects, marketing materials, sales materials, and product-related materials (product user guide, and retail packages).
Provide graphic design tasks using Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and other related graphic software.
Performs pre-press responsibilities such as color correction, retouching, pre-flighting, packaging, secure PDF optimization for web version, preparing press-ready files for print, distribution and archival.
Support and uphold branding standards on all digital, packaging, and print materials.
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia / Digital Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
5-10 years of professional graphic design, interactive design, and / or digital design experience.
Strong work ethic displaying professionalism, integrity, responsibility, self-accountability, quality, discipline and teamwork.
Working knowledge of current and emerging web / internet / printing applications.
Proven work experience in planning, designing, and implementing corporate branding and style guide, and applying it to all marketing materials
Proven ability to create and design assigned marketing materials in digital and conventional format.
Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping, and compositing.
Working understanding of web marketing best practices.
Strong organizational skills including time management, clear & organized communication, workspace, file organization (file structure, management and archiving), managing and prioritizing multiple projects to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of each project.
Established expertise in digital media as well as traditional media with thorough understanding of digital and social media platform delivery requirements.
Proficiency and experience in using the following applications :
Mac (Cloud) and PC operating systems.
All major interactive, design and general office software such as Microsoft Office.
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & After Effects).
Figma, Monday.com, and Teams (preferred).
Mailchimp, email campaigns, and contact / list management.
Exceptional problem-solving, attention to detail & communication skills (both written and verbal),
Exceptional understanding and application of design fundamentals, notably typography, color, layout, and composition.
Creative thinker exhibiting a range of varied styles and techniques.
Ability to collaborate with supervisor, team and cross-functional departments, receiving and understanding feedback to achieve optimal results.
Works well under pressure and adapts well to changing priorities, design trends / technologies, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of 4 color printing, spot color, pantone colors and spot uv.
Knowledge of DSLR Cameras, product photography, shot composition and lighting.
Excellent video & print production and editing skills.
Possesses an attitude of continuous improvement in design quality and efficiency.
