Aquatech is a global leader in water purification systems technology for both industrial and infrastructure markets located in the United States and internationally. We support our clients with sustainable water purification systems and technologies that are solving the worlds water scarcity challenges.

Aquatech has an immediate need for a fulltime Accounting Intern to work in our Canonsburg, PA office. The hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.Accounting/Finance  Intern will report to the Accounting Manager and will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered a Non Exempt employee. Must be proficient in computer software and have the ability to learn additional accounting specific software.

Job Description:

· Responsible for imputing vendor invoices into the SAP system

· Responsible for problem solving for various vendors clean up on current invoices

· Assigned a group of invoices by vendor name – for input into SAP

· Responsible for printing and processing checks weekly

· Responsible for taking care of Mail certifications received in the mail

· Provide information for commission statements as needed

· Miscellaneous filing and sorting

· Overall help to Finance function as needed for monthly closings

· Other miscellaneous accounting duties or responsibilities as assigned to support the operations of the department or the company.

· Additional Responsibilities as assigned.

Skill Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

• Pursuing a degree in the accounting field
• High School Diploma
