Position Details:
- Position: Customer Service Manager
- Pay Rate: $22 per hour
- Work Schedule: Full-time, consistent 5-day workweek, including one weekend day
- Monday to Friday: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- Location: Alameda Campus, 2203 Mariner Square Loop, Alameda, CA 94501
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (age 18 )
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or leadership experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups
- Tech-savvy, with an ability to learn new systems quickly (tools include iClass Pro, Slack, and Salesforce)
Responsibilities:
- Communication & Transparency: Share information openly with the team using approved communication channels
- Customer Interaction: Answer inquiries about AquaTech’s offerings and engage with potential customers to build lasting relationships
- Account Management: Create and update customer accounts, manage service sign-ups, and handle modifications as needed
- Issue Resolution: Problem-solve and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and support
- Progress Updates: Keep families informed of their child’s milestones, achievements, and lesson progress
