Overview
Aquatherm North America distributes and supports polypropylene-random (PP-R) piping systems that are manufactured in Germany by the world leader in PP-R pipe, Aquatherm Worldwide. We help our customers create long-lasting environmentally friendly piping systems that provide solutions for nearly any project. We work to bring people the quality, reliability, and performance they need for any element of their lives by providing pipes for potable water, radiant heating and cooling, heating and cooling distribution, industrial applications, water conservation, and fire sprinkler systems.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide internal support for RSMs, Rep Partners, and Distribution Partners for order entry, product availability, technical data, shipment tracking, follow-up on projects, and stock orders.
- A basic understanding of mechanical/plumbing piping systems, where Aquatherm is utilized, and why.
- Keep records as needed through P21 and Salesforce.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
