Job Summary
Aquatic Bath is seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in South Boston, Virginia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner.
- Lead, coach & mentor the activities of maintenance team members.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance in PM program.
Requirements
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices, including both 480V & low voltage.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
