Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Aquatic Bath, a proud member of the American Bath Group (ABG) family, seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner.
- Lead, coach & mentor the activities of maintenance team members.
- E nsure all maintenance work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance in PM program.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices, including both 480V & low voltage.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
