Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to determine necessary repairs.
- Perform repairs on various types of pool cleaning and maintenance equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repair tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and customer service.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding equipment functionality.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair.
- Familiarity with pool cleaning and maintenance practices is preferred.
- Experience as a service technician is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
