Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of how to maintain, repair, diagnose and correctly install or replace equipment
- Excellent communication skills that allow them to explain technical problems
- Strong knowledge about their industry and the general requirements of different equipment types
- Precise written communication abilities for filing repair, installation, and maintenance reports
- Physical stamina in the handling of complex tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while using their own technical judgment regarding complex tasks
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of electrical & plumbing preferred
- Commercial Pool filtration experience preferred, CPO license a plus
- Driver’s License in good standing
- Excellent communication; verbal and written
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Physical Stamina: ability to lift 50 lbs., work outdoors in FL weather
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work non-typical hours on occasion including overtime when required
- Excellent time management & attention to detail
