Job Description:
As a member of our Security Operations Team, you will be a trusted security services advisor to our customers. This dynamic role involves managing multiple client environments on a monthly basis, assisting customers in mitigating threats and vulnerabilities, and strengthening overall security. You will oversee programs related to Managed Threat Detection and Response (MTDR), Vulnerability Management, and Penetration Testing, as well as collaborating with multiple customers who subscribe to Aqueduct services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review security alerts, logs, and incidents using Managed Detection and Response (MDR) tools. Findings will be reviewed on a monthly basis with Aqueduct SecOps customers.
- Conduct and manage vulnerability assessment programs for customers.
- Conduct penetration testing assessments.
- Work with customers to identify and proactively mitigate security vulnerabilities.
- Review the efficacy of customer security controls and make recommendations to improve overall security effectiveness.
- Meet with clients on a set cadence, either monthly or weekly, to conduct security reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cyber threats and security trends to ensure our systems are protected against the latest threats.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Cyber Security industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Strong Cybersecurity Fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Understand and experience in Managed Detection and Response (MDR) tools Arctic Wolf is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Vulnerability Management methodology. Tenable is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Penetration Management methodology.
- General awareness of regulatory compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, GDPR, PCI, ISO 27001, and CMMC.

- Certified Ethical Hacker
