Aquent Studios is seeking a Systems Designer to help create exceptional user experiences through efficient and innovative design solutions. We're seeking talented Production Designer to support our UX team in delivering high-quality design work while enabling our core team to focus on strategic initiatives.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
As part of the UX team, you'll support production design tasks across multiple product areas. You'll work alongside senior designers and contribute to maintaining the team's velocity while delivering consistent, high-quality design outputs.

You are detail-oriented and efficient in executing design tasks while maintaining high standards. You understand the importance of consistency and documentation in design systems.
As a System Designer, you will...
● Create and maintain detailed design deliverables using design system components
● Support UX research activities including study synthesis and documentation
● Conduct experience audits and competitive analysis
● Create redlines and detailed documentation for technical delivery
● Develop interactive prototypes and maintain design assets
● Support documentation needs including team project documentation
● Assist with user research scheduling and synthesis
● Work with localization strings and maintain copy requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
● 2 years of experience in production design or similar role
● Proficiency with design tools, particularly Figma
● Experience working with design systems and component libraries
● Strong documentation and organization skills
● Ability to work efficiently with templates and established processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Experience with user research and synthesis
● Experiences leveraging design systems
● Experience working with technical teams
● Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
● Experience with prototyping tools
● Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
