This position is 100% Remote. Candidates MUST be able to work Eastern Time Zone Hours.

Project Overview : This role focuses on a healthcare member platform, both website and native app, that enables users to manage their health-related tasks. The platform allows members to :

- View claims and benefits
- Order prescriptions (with embedded e-commerce functionality)
- Locate healthcare providers
- Estimate healthcare costs

User Base : The platform serves a broad range of users, including :

Due to the complex nature of healthcare plans, users have diverse and often varied needs.

What We’re Looking For : A highly skilled UX designer with deep expertise in refining complex, regulated platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of UX expertise, analytical thinking, and hands-on design experience. If you’re passionate about optimizing user experiences within the healthcare space and have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, this role may be a great fit.
The t arget hiring compensation range for this role is $52 to $57 per hour . Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
