JOB SUMMARY

The Art Director will use a variety of hard and soft skills, as well as industry knowledge, to provide comprehensive support to the Creative Team and the Business.

This role is responsible for driving consumer engagement and growth through impactful, creative, and motivating design.

The Art Director will work on leading various projects within our product portfolio, which includes fruit snacks, sour candies, gummi mixes, chocolate-covered raisins, and more.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and refine innovative package design concepts.
• Create and adhere to brand identity guidelines, ensuring integrity within and across brands as relevant.
• Provide pre- and post-production expertise.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of printing processes.
• Render 2-D and 3-Dimensional Packaging and Displays.
• Develop digital platform knowledge.
• Review proofs.
• Design visual trade show displays and collateral.
• Conduct product photography.
• Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing Teams, as well as cross-functionally.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Arts or Graphic Design Degree.
• 10 years of design experience in CPG, Beauty, or related fields.
• Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Bridge, Microsoft Office).
• Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and design.
• Exceptional package design and production skills.
• Familiarity with Trade Ads.
• Ability to create visual trade show designs and development.
• Effective time management skills.
• Collaborative mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed-oriented approach.
