Business Analyst

As an integral part of the Materials Strategic Sourcing team, you'll support an enterprise project " Materials Transformation" to reduce material complexity to drive consumer right innovation and profitability. You'll work on data analytics, strategy development & execution, and stakeholder relationships. You will illuminate insights based on materials, product, capability, and enterprise financial goals. You'll learn about the key vendor base to optimize alignment and capabilities. You and your team will focus on delivering the goals for the season at hand and driving toward longer-term priorities.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 0-2 years work experience & Analytical background
• Strong Excel and math skills
• Strong data visualization skills with Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake preferred
• Python / R knowledge preferred
• Alteryx experience preferred
• Ability to comb through large amounts of data, analyze, draw conclusions, and present a coherent viewpoint
• Project management abilities
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, creative problem solver & want to get their "hands dirty"
• Able to think on their feet and articulate problems well
• Strong team player and ability to work with other teams
• Previous experience or coursework focused on procurement, operations, supply chain preferred

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.20 to $34.67 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
