Job Title: Creative Operations Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Creative Operations Specialist to join our client's high-visibility team in the world's largest company.
The successful candidate will drive growth and help sell more goods online and offline through targeted, accountable digital advertising backed by first-party membership sales data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the creative process for campaigns and deliverables associated with 2-3 account lists.
- Collaborate with clients to obtain source files and complete creative briefs.
- Initiate work requests, develop production schedules, and assign tasks to copy and creative team members.
- Route final creative assets to clients for review and approval, receive feedback, and route to copy and creative teams.
- Track and report campaign status, initiate push/handoff processes, and enforce production requirements internally and externally.
- Escalate at-risk campaigns and deliverables, and partner with Account Managers, Designers, Copywriters, and other Producers to provide solutions.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Creative Operations, Business Operations Management, Account Management, or Marketing.
- Digital media industry experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Understanding of project management fundamentals, including issue identification, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
