Duration: Approx. 6 Month Assignment

Job Description:

As a Creative Producer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of entertainment, collaborating with talented teams to bring captivating marketing campaigns to life. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution and high-quality asset production, directly impacting audience engagement and growth across various entertainment areas.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to bridge the gap between creative vision and practical execution. You'll be the central point of contact between design teams and stakeholders, optimizing resource allocation and driving production efficiency. Your innovative solutions and proactive approach will be essential in navigating complex projects and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between creative teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Optimize asset production allocation across creative resources, maximizing efficiency and output.
• Develop and implement process enhancements to improve production scalability and elevate creative standards.
• Translate strategic vision into concrete creative concepts and manage the end-to-end production of high-quality marketing assets.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure local accuracy across all creative materials.
• Implement quality assurance mechanisms to validate creative assets, minimizing rework and ensuring high standards.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Coordinate sourcing, adaptation, and development of creative assets.
• Proactively identify and resolve workflow roadblocks and creative challenges.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Canadian French language skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Experience with PLM and ERP systems (team currently uses Agile and Oracle)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in the digital entertainment industry

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.19 to $47.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
