This role is essential to the success of the Experiences team and contributes significantly to the company's overall mission of delivering exceptional entertainment experiences.About the Company : This company is a leading global entertainment provider known for its innovative and engaging content. The team comprises experienced producers, creative directors, and other professionals passionate about delivering high-quality entertainment. The team culture is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly innovative, focusing on pushing boundaries and creating unforgettable experiences.Responsibilities : Lead the development, production, and implementation of location-based entertainment experiences.Oversee all aspects of production, including design, build, installation, budget, and schedule.Manage third-party vendors and partners, including creative agencies, production vendors, and site operations.Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners within the company.Ensure overall project KPIs are met.Make informed decisions on key elements of production, including budget and schedule.Qualifications : 10 years of experience in the location-based entertainment industry.Experience managing large-scale, ticketed attractions.Strong understanding of project financials and P&L management.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.Strong creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $100 an hour.
