As a Technical Producer, you will be the linchpin between engineering, product, and business teams. You will facilitate communication, manage resources, and drive projects forward, ensuring alignment with the studio's strategic goals. Your deep understanding of software development practices and your ability to navigate complex technical landscapes will be essential to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical feature development and maintenance, collaborating with internal and external resources.
- Manage internal and external resources, ensuring seamless execution across multiple projects.
- Maintain consistent communication, conduct quality assessments, and track progress effectively.
- Plan, scope, prioritize, and schedule feature development in collaboration with technical leads and stakeholders.
- Champion clear and concise technical documentation and communication best practices.
- Partner with development leads to deliver high-quality technical features.
- Ensure software quality through coordination and the definition of best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of overall experience in a related field.
- 4 years of experience managing projects for diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- 4 years of experience working on a games team.
- 4 years of experience using project management tools to create dashboards and documentation.
- 4 years of experience in organizational communications.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56/hr - $62/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
