This is a remote role (option for on-site in Redmond).
Pay Range: $45/hr - $48/hr
Our client is seeking an experienced producer to support content creation development teams internally and externally with outsourcing. This role thrives in the fast-paced, cross-disciplined environment of triple-A game development. As a producer, you will be the communication hub for the team, ensuring alignment and visibility.
Responsibilities
- Track deliverables and schedules of content creation across multiple internal and external teams.
- Provide regular status updates to relevant teams, project stakeholders, and studio leadership.
- Identify risks in advance and drive towards successful mitigation and resolution.
- Establish sustainable processes to drive the success of content creation across multiple teams.
- Partner with various disciplines (programmers, designers, artists, animators, audio specialists, production) to create compelling game experiences.
- Schedule and facilitate team meetings and standups, ensuring accountability for action items or decisions.
- Maintain and manage internal and external teams' backlog through scrum rituals and milestone deliverable planning.
- Coordinate demos, reviews, and presentations to produce great feedback and identify clear next steps.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5 years of experience in game development, with a focus on producing content creation teams and outsourcing.
- Experienced with agile development, specifically SCRUM.
- Strong cross-team communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
- Proficiency with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), Autodesk - Flow, and Microsoft 365 products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, and more).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45/hr - $48/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
