A client of ours is in search of a Distributed Java Developer with expertise in OpenText Exstream or other Customer Communications Management (CCM) Systems . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, designing, and maintaining applications for both real-time and high-volume batch processing. This position offers the opportunity to work with a highly skilled technology team focused on delivering scalable solutions for customer communications through multiple delivery channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and enhance Customer Communications Management platforms using Java and OpenText Exstream .
- Lead development efforts for distributed applications, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Teams, Technology Leads, and Architects to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Implement bug fixes and build automation testing suites to improve system efficiency.
- Drive process improvements by automating tools, content validation frameworks, and deployment processes .
- Engage in risk assessment, including code reviews, scope management, and quality assurance .
- Work closely with geographically dispersed teams to design and deliver high-volume applications .
