Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Email Specialist to join our team. As an Email Specialist, you will be responsible for ongoing campaign support, while simultaneously driving scale and reducing risk. This role requires a strong foundational knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Workfront, as well as associated technical skills in HTML/CSS/AMPscript coding. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support ongoing campaign initiatives and develop scalable solutions using advanced functionality in SFMC
- Collaborate with technology and business partners to deliver highly personalized comms that meet business goals and timelines
- Lead technical and non-technical partners in delivering highly scalable and reliable comms that meet business personalization/budgets/timelines while ensuring alignment to strategic technology vision
Requirements:
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, AMPscript programming, and HTML/CSS. You should have current or prior experience with the client and a strong understanding of data-driven communications. Additionally, you should be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
