What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Graphic Designer position at Aquent Talent?
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative that connects with audiences both internally and externally, showcasing the unique contributions of a multitude of diverse brands within the enterprise. This individual reports directly to the Manager, Design.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize creative designs across multiple touchpoints, including branding and marketing campaigns, digital collateral, merchandise, print materials, presentations, events, and more.
- Apply ingenuity, resourcefulness, analytical, and organizational skills to identify and evaluate design problems, develop strong solutions, and deliver captivating designs
- Contribute to all stages of the design process for various mediums (digital, print, presentations, etc.) developing style guides, creating original mood boards and sketches
- Manage multiple projects, working in collaboration with partners to maintain brand consistency and aesthetic
- Attend client meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to present and communicate design concepts and recommendations
- Prep files for production to exact requirements
- Taking a lead role in developing and deploying best in class creative assets, produce high-quality designs, illustrations, and campaigns

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 – $49 / hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
