Responsibilities:
- Partner with UX Researchers to conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests.
- Create low to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to visualize product designs.
- Develop concepts and prototypes to illustrate proposed user experiences to stakeholders.
- Communicate design ideas and user-centered design principles to product, engineering, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the UX team to establish design standards and shared UI components.
- Work with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Engineers to define end-user needs and balance business requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to plan and facilitate UX processes, including design thinking activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams to ensure project UI goals and deadlines are met.
- Work cross-functionally with other designers to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain consistency in visual elements and UI behavior across products.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
- 4-6 years of related experience in UX design.
- Proven experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and best practices.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
