Job Title: Site Merchandiser

Client Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid, 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)

Salary/Pay Rate: $26.64 to $29.61/Hourly (W2)

Hours: Full-time

Duration: Approx. 12 Months

Job Description:

Client Health Services is seeking a bright, enthusiastic, hard-working Site Merchandiser to join our fun team for a project. The successful candidate will know how to create compelling content and partner with brand for copy/creatives, be comfortable with web-publishing tools, and be able to multitask in a start-up environment that requires flexibility, agility, and a sense of humor. An understanding and love for site merchandising and familiarity with internal client tools (symphony) is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers

• Effectively build and publish content using internal tools

• Analyze performance of site content, seeking ways to improve

• Analyze search keywords to expand/optimize campaigns and targeting

• Work closely with internal teams to meet business needs

The successful candidate has demonstrated:

• Superior verbal and written communications skills

• Ability to execute compelling merchandising campaigns

• Ability to analyze results of merchandising efforts

• Self motivated

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and to move quickly

• 1-3 years marketing and/or web/mobile merchandizing experience

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with Internal tools, Symphony, Bullseye, Sophia (performance tracking)

• Site Merchandising Experience

• 2-4 years’ experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.64 to $29.61/Hourly (W2).

Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
