Aquent Studios is looking for a Sr Manager, Internal communications for our high tech client. We’re looking for a strategic communicator who will be a go-to resource for key stakeholders in our Employee Success (HR) organization and across the business to develop, manage, and implement our global communication strategy. We’re looking for someone who can inspire employees and engage them through compelling and memorable communications. The successful candidate is a strategist, writer, and storyteller with a creative and solution-oriented mindset. They also have experience using metrics to inform campaign design and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and fast deadlines.
Responsibilities :
Be a strategic communications advisor with key stakeholders in Employee Success (Human Resources), understanding and staying updated on key strategies and upcoming initiatives.
Develop integrated strategic communications plans and execute the tactics.
Write memorable, engaging communications across all channels that drive awareness of key initiatives and inspire employees to take action (e.g. Slack, email, digital screens, web pages and banners, videos etc.).
Provide strategic input on messaging and positioning, and influence stakeholders as needed to ensure communications are compelling, clear, and aligned with our desired tone.
Help drive innovation in our communications and processes.
Partner with Public Relations peers so the internal communications strategy aligns with the external narrative.
Track and report out on campaign and program results and influence the team and your business partners to apply key learnings to improve future programs.
Experience / skills required :
7 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related discipline; experience in a high tech or other fast-paced, disruptive environment a plus
A brilliant communicator and highly creative writer experienced in crafting compelling messaging and narratives; can generate and execute “breakout” ideas
Proven track record developing, executing, and tracking creative internal communications plans
Experienced in Slack, email, executive communications, and narrative / presentation design
Experience working with multiple stakeholders to produce event / presentation content and coordinate follow-up engagement and enablement
Ability to quickly grasp information across a variety of disciplines and create clear communications
Ability to create regular reports on communications metrics, tie them to business impact, and use them to inform future projects
Ability to lead, manage, and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and nimble environment
A strategic thinker with proven ability to work cross-functionally, exerting influence without direct authority
Dynamic, confident personality with ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and re-prioritize on the fly
High degree of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
Proactive, results-oriented, and fun
Compensation Range : $120K DOE
The range provided is our reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location.
