Copywriter / Content Creator (Retail Electronic Sales)
Our leading technology / retail electronics client in Cupertino, CA is looking for a contract Copywriter and Content Creator with retail sales experience to develop engaging content for our sales app that enables salespeople around the globe to be skilled advocates for their products. You’ll get to work with passionate colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your writing, creativity, and problem-solving skills can shine. This is a hybrid opportunity in Cupertino, CA (3 days onsite).
Key Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in copywriting
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or English (master’s degree in writing or a related discipline would be a plus)
- Experience editing the work of others
- Experience in retail electronic sales (preferred)
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with electronics products and software
- Results-oriented, resilient, and thrives on feedback
- High attention to detail
- Synthesize content from multiple sources
- Participate in rapid prototyping and testing
- Write / create exceptional content for our in-house sales app
- Become an expert on our products, audiences, and the tool, and apply that knowledge to the content you write
- Apply their standards to write content with a conversational, intelligent, and elegant style that reflects the brand
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members in instructional design, editorial, UX / UI design, business leaders, and regional stakeholders
- Work faster, smarter, and better to create your life’s best work
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.21 to $72.46 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
