In this highly-cross functional role, you’ll work with stakeholder teams across the company to deeply understand our solutions and how they work together to solve customer challenges. Candidates must possess exceptional verbal and written communications skills and be comfortable managing projects with multiple stakeholders across the globe in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years as a Copywriter, working for a global technology company, entertainment/media and/or agency. You MUST have written copy for events and B2B marketing.


Responsibilities:

  • You’ll apply that knowledge to propose, develop, and deliver thought leadership across our largest event stages.
  • Develop a work back schedule to map out key milestones and deliverables for content development.
  • Conduct research on an event to understand audience and programming needs.
  • Meet with affiliate teams to learn more about the value of their solutions and any announcements.
  • Deliver a doc that outlines a content strategy recommendation.
  • Prepare speaker briefs and schedule calls to get feedback from speakers.
  • Draft initial scripts and route through stakeholders including PR and Legal to ensure compliance.
  • Partner with creative services to develop corresponding visuals.
  • Schedule and run speaker rehearsals, ensuring they are familiar with content.
  • Partner with GTM stakeholders including PR and Editorial to amplify content messaging.
  • Attend event with speakers, ensuring they are prepped with note cards, confidence monitors, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess exceptional verbal and written communications skills and be comfortable managing projects with multiple stakeholders across the globe in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in gaining executive alignment, communicating internally with stakeholders and externally (to customers), and collaborating cross-team is a must
  • 5 years as a Copywriter, working for a global technology company, entertainment/media and/or agency. You MUST have written copy for events and B2B marketing.
  • Needs to have worked ideally in corporate space
  • Executive presence is beneficial
  • BA degree required
  • Experience working with executives, working across large, cross functional teams, and influencing without authority to drive alignment. Knowledge of the media and marketing industry.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken word.
  • Ability to take in large amounts of information and synthesize it into simple and compelling copy that reflects an audience’s needs.
  • Ability to move projects forward when a clear path is not evident (navigate ambiguity)."
  • Portfolio of work MUST be submitted to be considered.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $83.09 to $92.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
