The Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of the Customer Services department. This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks and logistical support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technology & Data Management :
Assist with day-to-day operations and business continuity related to technology and data reporting
Print all letters generated from contact center databases and arrange for mailing
Qualifications :
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
