Position Summary

The Director of Site Merchandising for our eCommerce business is a critical leader in shaping the customer site experience, overseeing everything from visual merchandising to content strategy to functionality and department-level campaign planning and execution. This role drives impact, improvement, and innovation to create a truly seamless online shopping experience.

Your Impact:
- Creating an exemplary site experience – Lead the holistic site strategy using customer insights to craft a cohesive, intuitive, and engaging customer experience, overseeing visual merchandising, content strategy, site functionality (navigation, hierarchy, search, browse), new product onboarding, and more.
- Storytelling through the site – Identify key trends, define the department’s storytelling roadmap, and enhance the customer journey using taxonomy, search, and other functionalities to create a compelling, cohesive experience.
- Monitoring site health and performance – Develop site metrics and dashboards to assess site health, providing strategic insights to internal stakeholders and influencing overall site direction.
- Strategic partnership and collaboration – Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams, improving processes, identifying opportunities, and scaling best practices and governance to enhance site execution.
- Operational excellence – Drive efficiency through best-in-class workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational rigor and developing team capabilities.
- Leading and developing talent – Manage, coach, and train a team of high-performing associates, fostering professional growth and team success.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Site Merchandising, eCommerce, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Experience leading large teams.
- Master’s degree in business or a related field.

Compensation:
- Annual salary range: $175,000-$190,000
- Additional compensation includes performance-based bonuses and stock options where applicable.
