As the Email / Lifecycle Marketing Manager, the candidate is expected to collaborate cross-functionally between brand team, center team(s) and the digital marketing team. The candidate will report directly to the Performance Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities :
- Drive the development of email marketing content strategies―including creative direction, timing, messaging, and targeting
- Collect & review content form submissions checking that all details have been submitted correctly
- Share finalized copyedited content and emails with the center teams
- Build email proofs for each center
- Facilitate any additional email request from the brand team
- Work with brand team and IT team in building out new email templates
- Optimize future communications to drive the greatest possible engagement statistics
- Stay up to date with the latest email / CRM trends and best practices, and actively share useful updates and suggestions to help improve performance
- Attend weekly department meetings, as well as weekly 1 : 1 meeting with supervisor

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40.00 – $45.45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
