n:Responsibilitie

• s:General ordering from SAP and other vendors, vehicle management, assisting with mail services, assisting with mail services, assisting with space planning, sending out communications, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, coordinating with other members of the Facilities and Operations team to complete tasks related to tenant improvement, moves, billing, vehicles, mail, AV and warehousin
• g.Coordinate with vendors to bid work, conduct punch walks, ensure work is properly complete, and track billin
• g.Assist in the coordination of internal labor to support day to day operation
• s.Assist Facilities and Operations project lead in developing program documentation (writing and defining scope, estimates, and schedules), as well as providing direction to maintain project costs within budge
