Our exciting client is looking to bring on a Graphic Production Designer to their growing team!As a Graphic Production Designer, you will collaborate with designers, copy editors, and other marketing colleagues on a daily basis to bring design concepts to life and create innovative experiences for our clients. You will participate and assist in the evolution of all aspects of the visual identity and style for our clients' communications across all channels, both internally and externally.Description : Design and deliver appropriate visuals for all marketing and sales collateral and assets, including PowerPoint presentations and posters, event and trade show graphics, infographics, webinars, brochures, logos, iconography, and digital campaigns.Collaborate with marketing managers and internal clients, as well as the writing and web teams to develop and produce dynamic visual communications.Guide and participate in all aspects of the production of deliverables including customer presentations, flyers, packaging, digital marketing assets, advertising, collateral templates, and events.Provide new perspectives and fresh ideas to the larger design organization and internal customers.Follow market trends and apply a keen understanding of visual audience engagement to maximize the effectiveness of our original content.Partner internally and with external vendors to maintain high-quality brand guidelines and customer experience globally.Additional projects as they come up to support the marketing organization.Qualifications : 6 years of professional production or design experience.Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography in print and digital media is a must.Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and Word.Strong production and design skills.Experience with Bynder, Monday.com (or an equivalent project management app).Video, photography, and animation skills are a plus.Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or biotech fields is a plus.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Collaborative work ethic, placing a high value on teamwork.Strong conceptual skills and a high-level sense of design, layout, and typography.Solid organizational skills and the ability to balance divergent projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.A self-starter who can work equally well in an individual or team environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
