Our leading financial services client in Denver, CO is seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in designing and delivering high-quality, engaging risk management training programs that directly contribute to the company’s integrity and long-term success.

What You’ll Do:



  • Drive the development phase of the Enterprise Risk Management training program, ensuring that content is clear, interactive, and aligned with the company’s compliance and learning standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to craft training materials that resonate with employees and enhance retention.
  • Refine and enhance learning experiences, incorporating best practices in instructional design to make complex topics accessible and engaging.
  • Support the learning team by contributing to content creation, instructional strategies, and multimedia elements.

Experience:



  • Proven experience as an instructional designer, particularly in risk management or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly, including our internal Content Management System



The target hiring compensation range for this role is $54 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
