- Drive the development phase of the Enterprise Risk Management training program, ensuring that content is clear, interactive, and aligned with the company’s compliance and learning standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to craft training materials that resonate with employees and enhance retention.
- Refine and enhance learning experiences, incorporating best practices in instructional design to make complex topics accessible and engaging.
- Support the learning team by contributing to content creation, instructional strategies, and multimedia elements.

Experience:
- Proven experience as an instructional designer, particularly in risk management or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly, including our internal Content Management System
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $54 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
