We're seeking a Marketing Operations Specialis t to join the Marketplace Operations Team. In this role, you'll be the subject matter expert in a specific area (e.g., Men's / Women's / Kids Apparel, Footwear, Supply, or Freight). Your mission will be to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and ensure order book health while fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
What You'll Work On
- Monitor critical performance metrics to improve service and influence business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate data sharing to enhance clarity and visibility within the supply chain.
- Deliver customer service excellence through prompt response times via email / phone.
- Drive continuous process improvements and support operational projects.
- Support monthly shipment goal-setting processes.
Who You'll Work With
What You Bring
2-3 years in operations, supply chain, or customer service.
Supply chain or finance degree.
Adaptability to work across different teams in a fast-paced environment.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $33 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
