We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to join our Connected TV Partner Marketing Team on a contract basis to cover an employee leave. This role will focus on managing and executing partner marketing campaigns aimed at driving subscriptions such as for YouTube TV and NFL Sunday Ticket. The ideal candidate will have strong partner marketing expertise, experience in subscription services, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage partner marketing campaigns to drive subscriptions.Collaborate with product partnership teams to align on campaign objectives and execution strategies.Lead project management efforts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.Build and maintain relationships with external partners to facilitate seamless collaboration.Monitor, report, and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data insights to improve effectiveness.Work cross-functionally with legal, content, and product teams to navigate IP negotiations and ensure compliance.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience in partner marketing or partnership marketing roles.Familiarity with TV content and the intricacies of intellectual property (IP) negotiations.Strong product marketing knowledge with expertise in go-to-market (GTM) strategies.Exceptional relationship management skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Experience in managing subscription services marketing campaigns, particularly in the TV sector (e.g., Hulu, Disney , etc.).Demonstrated success in partner marketing within the subscription services space.Deep understanding of Connected TV and related subscription-based platforms.Success Metrics :
Ability to adapt quickly to the role and team dynamics.Successful delivery of multiple partner marketing campaigns during the contract period.Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign goals.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $67.64 to $75.16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
