• Our client, the nation's largest retailer, is searching for a Principal UX Designer - Front End / Store to work on the store experiences team and set the vision for the best customer and associate experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, using your knowledge of the Design Thinking process to facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to leverage collective creativity. You’ll employ your strengths in storytelling to present your vision and product design rationale compellingly to cross-functional partners and the leadership team.
