Print Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented PRINT Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for a designer with 1–3 years of professional experience who is passionate about creating high-quality visual work across both print and digital media. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on Photoshop and InDesign. Experience with Figma, Workfront, and print production is highly preferred. A background in retail and photo art direction is a plus.

A portfolio showcasing recent print and digital design work is required to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visual assets for print and digital channels using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and other Creative Suite applications.
• Build and customize content within established templates while maintaining brand consistency.
• Design print collateral such as brochures, signage, direct mail, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, copywriters, agencies, photographers, and other vendors to bring creative projects to life.
• Attend cross-functional meetings to gather project requirements and translate them into engaging designs.
• Support design projects in Figma, ensuring consistency across digital platforms.
• Maintain organized project workflows using Workfront or similar project management tools.
• Provide quality assurance to ensure all creative deliverables, including print-ready files, meet brand and quality standards.
• Contribute to photo art direction by offering creative input during photoshoots (if applicable).
• Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining deadlines and project priorities.
• Apply an understanding of retail and consumer marketing trends to enhance creative work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong expertise in Photoshop and InDesign (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Figma for design collaboration.
• Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work.
• Experience preparing print-ready files and working with print vendors is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with photo art direction.
• Previous retail or e-commerce design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25.00-35.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
