Our client is seeking a Product Designer to drive the user experience and design of Benefits Administration experiences, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and supportive of our organizational goals.The Benefits Administration Product Designer will be responsible for understanding and enhancing Benefits Administration experiences. This role requires a dedication to improving the health plan experience of the members, empowering them to effortlessly understand and engage with their health plan benefits while driving business objectives.Responsibilities : User Research & AnalysisEngage with internal stakeholders to understand priorities, success criteria and objectives related to health plan engagementAnalyze member needs and the tasks they perform within their health planDefine common user types and journey maps to guide design effortsDesign LeadershipCreate intuitive and efficient user interfaces that empower members to understand and engage with their health plan benefitsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and customer support to align design objectives with platform capabilitiesAdvocate for user-centered design practices and ensure consistent application of design principlesPrototyping & TestingDevelop wireframes, prototypes, and user interface specificationsLead evaluative testing sessions and iterate on designs based on feedbackEnsure accessibility and usability standards are met or exceededProject ManagementDrive projects from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimally utilizedCommunicate design strategy and updates to stakeholders and teams across the organizationAssess project outcomes and iterate on process improvementsSkills : A minimum of 3 years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on highly-regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance)Proven track record of designing intuitive and scalable user interfaces for complex, configurable product experiencesStrong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.Proficiency in design software (e.g. Figma)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsA proactive, solution-driven mindset with a dedication to continuous learning and improvementMust Have Skills : Human-Centered Design problem-solving approachUX / UICross-functional team collaborationEducation : Bachelor’s degree required in HCI, Product Design, UX or related fieldsThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $57to $64an hour.
