Position Summary :

The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, from strategic planning through creative execution and implementation. This role oversees marketing initiatives across various channels, including events, in-store, print, digital, video, and social media. The Marketing Program Manager will develop and maintain program schedules, ensure alignment with business objectives, and communicate key milestones to stakeholders. This role may include managing one or more direct reports, assigning projects, and ensuring efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Management & Execution :

  • Oversee omni-channel marketing programs, ensuring seamless execution across online and offline channels.
  • Develop comprehensive schedules and establish milestone meetings to integrate traditional and digital media touchpoints.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Partner with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Digital Marketing, Creative, Production, Visual Merchandising, Merchants, Store Design, Product Development, Resourcing, and Delivery Management.
  • Ensure clear and active communication of project requirements, deliverables, timelines, and budget status.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams during strategic development to ensure alignment on milestones and project kickoffs.
  • Work closely with creative teams and external agency partners to ensure timely execution of assets, including all derivatives, versions, and translations.
  • Project Execution & Asset Management :

  • Manage daily program planning and execution tasks, including setting strategic milestones, tracking progress, and reporting status.
  • Facilitate planning, kickoff, pre-production, and review meetings, ensuring all teams are aligned.
  • Organize and maintain project job folders, ensuring proper documentation and final archiving.
  • Track schedules and communicate program updates through weekly status meetings.
  • Ensure timely product delivery for photography and coordinate with Creative and Content Production teams for photo shoot execution and retouching.
  • Route creative assets for marketing approvals and ensure feedback is clear, actionable, and received promptly.
  • Oversee final asset handoffs to delivery management and production teams, ensuring on-time execution.
  • Process Improvement & Budget Management :

  • Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Advocate for process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
  • Track program budgets and facilitate discussions with Creative, Marketing, and Production to align on cost considerations and design impact.
  • Qualifications & Experience :

  • 4 years of experience in marketing program management, project management, or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Creative project management experience required ; agency experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheets, Box, Monday.com, Ziflow preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently lead cross-functional meetings.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects , troubleshoot issues, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving team setting.
  • The target hiring compensation range for this role is $93.04 to $103.38 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
