We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Business Operations Analyst with experience in the apparel or footwear industry to support operational strategy, process optimization, and performance tracking across go-to-market functions. This role is pivotal in delivering data-driven insights, streamlining operations, and enabling cross-functional alignment from sales planning through product launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business operations to assess efficiency, capacity utilization, and overall effectiveness.
- Track and report on key performance indicators using business scorecards and dashboards.
- Investigate root causes of operational bottlenecks or process gaps and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement strategies that support go-to-market execution.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and training to drive continuous improvement.
- Create process maps and workflows using tools such as flowcharts to visualize and optimize complex processes.
- Develop clear, impactful storytelling documentation that communicates operational strategies and findings to diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Gather, organize, and synthesize performance data to guide decision-making and ensure strategic alignment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience as noted below).
- 2 years of relevant experience in a go-to-market operations role within the apparel or footwear industry, with deep understanding of sales and product lifecycle processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
- Proven ability to distill complex, ambiguous information into easy-to-understand reports, process flows, or presentations.
- Experience with process mapping, business performance tracking, and operational analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across functions and leadership levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with a CODE calendar or similar countdown processes used for wholesale/product launch cycles.
- Background in business process improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track, manage, and summarize complex information efficiently.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.68 to $35.21 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
