Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Salesforce Coordinator to support our education and product teams. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, clear written and verbal communication, and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with Salesforce and SAP is highly preferred. This role is responsible for executing product orders, managing data updates, maintaining class records, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Salesforce records, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates.
- Process and execute product orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and support cases in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry and class record maintenance, ensuring accuracy in all updates.
- Oversee daily ticket sales data updates and reporting to track event and class participation.
- Review and approve educator expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide support to the education team, including digital initiatives, by maintaining and facilitating class records.
- Create selling tools, such as class flyers and marketing materials, to support promotional efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Perform other administrative and data management duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including both speaking and listening.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP is highly preferred.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in an office environment.
- Capable of working independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
- Ability to sit and use standard office equipment (phone, computer, etc.) for more than 90% of the workday.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.99 to $29.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
